Position: Janitorial/Cleaning attendant
Hourly/Part-time/Per diem
Job Description:
Clean function halls, hallways, kitchens, restrooms, gymnasium, offices, and all other facilities.  Includes duties such as: vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down and dusting all surfaces, emptying ash urns, cleaning windows and glass, moping and sweeping floors, cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, etc. Cleans ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and stove tops. Work alone/or in a team environment efficiently. Notifies management of any problems, repairs needed, or unusual conditions that arise within the facility. Reports any lost and found items to management. Assist in training as needed. Assist in other aspects of cleaning for business needs. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Notifies management of necessary supplies, cleaning, paper products, trash bags etc. Completes all applicable paperwork. Properly uses and maintains equipment by emptying vacuums with each use, properly handling barrels, brooms, and all other applicable equipment and supplies.
Job Requirements:
• Working knowledge of all cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, evenings.

Position: Bartender/Functions Bartender
Hourly/Part-time/Per diem
Job Description:
Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations. Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers. Clean all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order. Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and making them feel welcome. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar. Stock the bar with supplies necessary for service, set up portable bars as necessary for events. Complete opening side duties which includes: checking quality and amount of all bar stock and supplies through checklist; setting up bottles in display cabinet and speed rail; checking condition and cleanliness of blender, shaker and other tools; checking temperature of refrigeration units and glass wash machine. Re-fill ice coolers, garnish trays, straws and napkins. Perform all opening and closing duties, based upon shift assignment. Bid farewell to guests, using guest’s name when known, and encourage them to return. Anticipate the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency. Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries. Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and department. Follow all health and safety regulations. Mix and Serve drinks following standard recipes. Assist other Bartenders/servers on the execution of service. Effectively communicate with management, other bartenders and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.

Position: Server/Banquet/Restaurant
Hourly/Part-time/Per diem
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Food Server to serve guests while providing courteous and prompt table-side service to all guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant/event.
• Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the room management.
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment.
• Bid farewell to guests, using guest’s name when known, and encourage them to return.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations.
• Maintain a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return.
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Performs all other duties as requested such as side work, bussing tables, dishwashing, polishing flatware, filling and stocking dressings and condiments, etc.
Required Experience:
• At least 6 months of experience preferred as a Food Server in a similar establishment.
