Position: Janitorial/Cleaning attendant
Hourly/Part-time/Per diem
Job Description:
Clean function halls, hallways, kitchens, restrooms, gymnasium, offices, and all other facilities.  Includes duties such as: vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down and dusting all surfaces, emptying ash urns, cleaning windows and glass, moping and sweeping floors, cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, etc. Cleans ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and stove tops. Work alone/or in a team environment efficiently. Notifies management of any problems, repairs needed, or unusual conditions that arise within the facility. Reports any lost and found items to management. Assist in training as needed. Assist in other aspects of cleaning for business needs. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Notifies management of necessary supplies, cleaning, paper products, trash bags etc. Completes all applicable paperwork. Properly uses and maintains equipment by emptying vacuums with each use, properly handling barrels, brooms, and all other applicable equipment and supplies.

Position: Bartender/Functions Bartender

Job Description:
Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations. Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers. Clean all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order. Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and making them feel welcome. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar. Stock the bar with supplies necessary for service, set up portable bars as necessary for events. Complete opening side duties which includes: checking quality and amount of all bar stock and supplies through checklist; setting up bottles in display cabinet and speed rail; checking condition and cleanliness of blender, shaker and other tools; checking temperature of refrigeration units and glass wash machine. Re-fill ice coolers, garnish trays, straws and napkins. Perform all opening and closing duties, based upon shift assignment.
