Special GA Meeting Notice
Hudson Portuguese Club Members

All members in good standing are invited to attend a Hudson Portuguese Club Special General Assembly meeting to be held on Sunday, February 12th at 4:30pm in the club facilities.  This meeting is being held because we were not able to establish a quorum at Annual GA meeting, January 15th 2012.  Please make every effort to attend.

Topics of discussion will be:

• Elections of New Board of Directors
• Committee Reports
• Approval and Welcome of New Hudson Portuguese Club Members

Your input is important and all are encouraged to attend and participate.
Give us your valuable input in this very important meeting. All members in good standing will be entered into a RAFFLE which will be drawn at the end of our meeting. You must be present to WIN!

Expect to conclude the meeting by 6:00pm.
